Talent Co-creation Lab at Benguet State University
The Talent Co-creation Lab at Benguet State University is established under the Agribased Technology Business Incubator/Innovation Center (ATBI/IC) existing under the BSU Research and Extension sector. The Lab is under the direct supervision of the Director of the ATBI/IC.

The INNOTAL Talent Co-Creation Lab will therefore be implementing the following activities:
Aside from the Action Plan that emphasized training and other activities, the following projects are to be implemented in the Talent Co-Creation Lab.

The INNOTAL Talent Co-Creation Lab will therefore be implementing the following activities:
- Conduct entrepreneurship education and innovation training activities for students and teachers
- Encourage conduct of research and innovation activities in collaboration with external stakeholders (industry/enterprises, the non-profit sector and the public sector)
- Create ICT tools enabling student co-creation in research and innovation and stakeholder co-creation in talent development
- Enable ideation and brainstorming
- Expose students to industry
- Enable project development and implementation.
Aside from the Action Plan that emphasized training and other activities, the following projects are to be implemented in the Talent Co-Creation Lab.
- Enhancing the strawberry value chain through smart technologies and partnerships towards food resiliency in the new normal in the Cordillera Administrative Region
- Development of an Information system for highland vegetable farming (mobile application).
- Preparing Healthy Snacks while understanding financial literacy and having fun.
