Talent Co-Creation Lab at Agriculture and Forestry University
The Talent Co-creation Lab at Agriculture and Forestry University is a sub-structure of the Directorate of Research and Extension (DOREX) of the university. DOREX has provided a separate space for the Lab and assigned a committee to manage it.

Agriculture and Forestry University has prepared three proposals for generating innovative business technologies on:
- Processing and trading of mountain cliff organic honey
- Design of fish drying and freezing techniques as alternative of live fish marketing
- Bio-flock techniques on kitchen garden scale at urbanized areas.
The other planned activities of the Lab are:
- Promoting collaboration and interaction of faculty and students with external organizations, focused at innovation
- Entrepreneurial trainings targeted at students and entrepreneurs or employees of external organizations
- Developing an Innovation Hub specifically for agriculture and forest business; increasing linkage with external stakeholders
- Supporting students’ community service and volunteering activities
- Supporting faculty members/departments in teaching entrepreneurial courses
- Providing an evaluation platform for internships and other allied activities of the university
- Serving as a bridge for the functional integration of different farms, Directorates and Faculties in support of internships, innovation and outreach activities
- Providing a platform for curriculum development and feedback.
