Talent Co-creation Lab at Pokhara University

The Talent Co-creation Lab at Pokhara University is established at separate premises. The space is made student-oriented and technologically friendly.
All activities of the Lab fall under the mandates of the Pokhara University Research Center (PURC) and the International Relation Cneter of Pokhara University.

All the programs planned for the Talent Co-creation Lab have unanimous objectives:
  • To support the uptake and mainstreaming of entrepreneurship education and innovation training in Pokhara University and to promote the integration of student talent development into research and innovation activities in collaboration with external stakeholders (enterprises, non-profits,  public sector)
  • To create ICT tools enabling student co-creation in research and innovation as well as stakeholder co-creation in talent development
  • To build capacities at Pokhara University for delivering innovation and entrepreneurship training in view of building students’ employability skills.
In pursuit of these objectives, the Lab at Pokhara University conducts the following activities:
  • Training on Entrepreneurship and Innovation
  • Training on skills- soft skills and hard skills
  • Internship and traineeship training
  • Industry and academia dialogue related training
  • Career counselling and employability skills
  • Training on incubation
  • Business plan writing courses
  • Any other activity required by students or faculty, if related to graduates’ employability.
