University of Ruhuna presented the project and consulted its talent development and graduates' employability strategy with 23 representatives of business. Various sectors of the economy were represented. The participants discussed ways of improving the relevance of higher education to the current skills needs of business. Last but not least, the University of Ruhuna team shared its plans of creating student innovation laboratories - Talent Co-Creation Labs in three of its Departments and invited stakeholder onions and suggestions about the projects and activities that these Labs should focus on. The event was held March 28, 2019 at University of Ruhuna.
