The stakeholder workshop at University of Madras, India, was held October, 12 2019. There were 22 participants from the corporate sector, industry, NGOs, individual entrepreneurs, agencies, community organizations, social entrepreneurs, as well as faculty and students from other education institutions. The University of Madras team discussed the employability of graduates in Tamil Nadu, the skills needs of business and the challenges to talent development. Stakeholders gave valuable opinion and suggestions about the activities of the Talent Co-Lab that is to be established at the University in the frame of the INNOTAL project.
